This was the first project I really fell in love with when I began Graphic Design as a young college student. I was very inspired by Art Nouveau during this project. I wanted the boxes to feel like they came from a different time yet also feel right at home on store selves. I opted for a cleaner look with less lines than what would usually be used in Art Nouveau. It was to bring the clean sophisticated look of current graphic design and mix it with the beautiful extensively detailed Art Nouveau in order to find that middle ground between simple and detailed.
