Greetings! I’m a designer and illustrator located in Southern Michigan. The mitten portion of the state!
I enjoy clean and simple design, but I also adore the crazy illustrative design. I feel like it's a parallel to how I see the world. I love the clean simplicity of nature, and yet I am also drawn to the city streets and suburban chaos. Simple cleanliness and messy chaos; that is how I live my life and create the work that I love. I find myself especially drawn to packaging with a clear amount of white space and vibrant colors. I wish to create work with those things in mind.
One day, I’d love to expand into the world of character design. Illustration is where my heart lives, and will be where it dies when I spontaneously combust one day. Of course that’s something to worry about in the future; today I will work and strive to create beautiful and fun illustrative design.
